The 2021 Minuty Prestige Rosé is precise and appealing. TASTING NOTES: This wine excels with aromas and flavors of sandalwood, honeydew, and mineral notes. Pair this with a platter of lightly grilled shellfish. (Tasted: February 2, 2022, San Francisco, CA)
At first, this wine’s pineapple-core waxiness dominates its ripe fruit. With some air, though, bitter aperitivo-herb scents lighten it, the flavors coalescing into cherry pit. It’s mouthwatering, and would garner compliments around the pool or at a high-end dinner party.
Rich and having fine red fruits, this wine, with its high proportion of Grenache, has intense pepper flavor as well as crisp berry acidity. It is densely textured and ready to drink.
Lovely aromas of rosemary, grated nutmeg, baked lemon and green strawberry. Medium-bodied. Bright and fresh with a persistent finish. Tasty stuff. 60% grenache, 20% syrah, 10% cinsault, 10% rolle. Drink now.
