A rather excellent bouquet centering on scents of butter brioche and white peach then a mix of flinty mineral and baked apple. A preserved citrus and fresh oatmeal idea adds breadth expanding the bouquet. After the soft and finely textured mousse dies away the flavours of citrus and peach show first then a wave of autolysis coats the palate. Plenty of acidity contrast the dry finish. Best drink from day of purchase through 2029.
